💰 AXOVEN — Refund Policy
1. Overview
At AXOVEN, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital products and personalized consulting services.
Because our items are delivered electronically or scheduled as live sessions, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
2. Digital Products
All digital downloads, toolkits, or resources purchased from AXOVEN are non-refundable once the download link or access information has been delivered.
This policy exists because digital items cannot be “returned.”
However, if you experience technical issues accessing your file or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@axoven.com.
We’ll ensure you receive working access or a corrected file as quickly as possible.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment by emailing contact@axoven.com.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours or miss the session, the fee is non-refundable.
In case of emergency, please contact us, we’ll review each situation with fairness and flexibility.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you believe you’ve been charged twice or see an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately at contact@axoven.com.
We will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.
5. Refunds (if approved)
Approved refunds (for duplicate charges or special cases) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
